I have done this exact thing, and as long as you do not over eat you will not put weight back on like they say. I went on atkins to take off a few pounds fast. I lost 7lbs in 2 weeks, and then I went on a 1,300 calorie/day diet. I did not gain weight, I continued to lose weight. However, I used this to help suppress my appetite so that I wouldn&#039;t over eat, because I had a bad habit of doing that. Good luck! :)</description>
