What is the least amount of calories I can eat without slowing my metabolism down?

I just want to lsoe 3 pounds I gained on vacation.
I know it’s not much..but still..

I’ve been cutting down on what I eat and doubling my exercise for the past 3 weeks…and nothing’s changed so far.

Before..if I did that, I’d lose 2-3 pounds in one week.
It was probably water weight or just that my weight was fluctuating.

But what’s the least I can eat without my metabolism slowing?

    Yes your right for women it should be 1200-1500 calories a day.
    But you can calculate your own by height, weight, and age online. Just put “caloric intake calculator” in the search engine.

    I know that I am not answering your question, but with that describe you are perfect . Lose nothing girl you are fine. Then when you lose you are gonna say . I wanna gain my ass back , that was sexy.LOL
