How do I turn my flab to toned abs and how long will it take?

I’m not fat, 5′11″ and 155 lbs. But I can jiggle my stomach and that scares me. I really want to get into shape and get some toned abs… but how? First of all I gotta lose this fat I assume. What’s the best way to get toned, and how long will it take? Thanks for the help!

    Sometimes you may not be as fat as you think, just don’t have the muscle there. I would start weight training 2-3 times a week for ALL major muscle groups of your body! Do not worry about any aerobic exercise, because this could effect your muscle gain!

    Eat Correctly. Also do ab workouts such as.. Crunches, Sit ups, kicks. In all honesty if you keep it up and stay on track shouldn’t be more than 1-2 months.

    You should probably exercise daily. Like 25 sit ups daily, maybe jog a mile or two a week, eat healthy, ride a bike. Things like that.:)

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

    Hi, I used to have like a really flabby gut. You know, not really fat, but undefined. At 155 lbs you’re at way less than I was, so you are ahead of me there. You probably just need a good exercise regime, some type of workout program that you follow religiously.

    I found a site that really helped me. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before.
