    Need to lose weight?

I would suggest not taking advice from ppl online about this, just eat healthy and drink more water

There is no proper diet to loose weight, you just have to eat properly, no snacking or junk and it is better to eat more meals but make sure they are smaller, and the secret to weight loss is to make sure you burn more calories than you take during the day.

    Need to lose weight?

    Go to a dietician.

Drink lots of water (minimum 8 glasses a day)

limit fat to less than 25 grams/day

not sure, but think you might be in the 2,500 cal/day range?

eat lots of fiber (but drink that water, or it gets stuck!)

    *Good luck.

    How to Lose Weight

low carb diet is always the best but u have to balance proteins, carbs, and fats. a good one would be the 45% – 35% – 20% diet.

    I hate the word Diet..
    Eat right and exercises..
Just work out and eat right, theirs no right diet for every one.
Every ones different. Just like I might store fat in my hips and you might store it in your butt.
Stay away from salt, and just drink water if your going to drink something.
Eat lots of veggies and fruits. Those exercise classes your taking are good, don’t give up ! GOOD LUCK!

    Want to lose weight?

    stay clear of:

When I say “stay clear” I of course mean reduce / cut down your porportions…

    complex carbs
    - pasta, italian bread, etc.

    refined sugars
    - candy, soda, ice cream

    salt / sodium
    - chips, canned soups, etc.

    And of course… FAT

Workout 5-6 days a week. I do cardio 6 days a week. Mon, Wed, and Fri are muscle days in addition to cardio. So i’ll do cardio for 30 minutes on those days and 30 minutes on my muscles. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I do 60 minutes of intense cardio. I have been into fitness all my life and can tell you one major tip… don’t work out for more than 60 minutes. Not only do you burn yourself out, but your body stops burning fat and starts eating away muscle. Good luck and I may your fitness dreams come true!

do not eat after six p.m.
    always drink alot of water
at least 60 fl. oz. a day
(a bottle of water with every meal)

water does ALOT when it comes to weight
loss people lose more weight when they are
    completely even overly hydrated.

put some fruit with your breakfasts
and vegetable with your lunch and dinner

if you eat and beef or pork
reduce it to the size of your fist

    Losing weight without starving yourself

Whoever said stay away from complex carbs is a joke. Everyone on a “cut” is eating complex carbs, brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc… complex carbs are fuel for your body, do not eliminate them. Sugars? eliminate. simple carbs? eliminate. Complex carbs are good. Keep a balanced diet of protein, carbs, and fat (40/40/20 is my personal fav). Drink LOTS of water too. Eat clean, get 8 hours of sleep, and lift hard. Good luck.
