According my experience , OOLong tea is not the effective methods to lose weight.
But i know another tea PU-ER tea is more useful .
i drink pu-er everyday, if you can drink it last more than 1 month , then you will….
anther way is honey+vinegar (1:4) mix them together without water
drink three times (breadfast lunch supper)
