What exercise can i Slim my Thighs without building muscles? HELP?

I have really THICK thighs with alot of hard muscles in it, i wanted to slim it down so i can wear smaller jeans and look more feminine. But what kind of exercise can i do to correct or fix it? Please suggest anything that can help! i exercise both at home and at gym, thanks in advance! i will give 10 points

    Slim down – remove fat

    Pilates, Pilates, Pilates..it will maintain your strength while lengthening your muscles so you are no longer bulky. But maintain your other exercises as well for a good balance.

    Stop eating and exercising. When you exercise, especially lifting weights, it builds muscle!! You’re changing your body and you’re actually body building. When you starve yourself, your body eats itself!
