I am a vegetarian and i am working, Please suggest something which can reduce my weight as i am overweight?

I don’t have time in the morning to eat and come to office therefore i come to office and eat whatever unhealthy is there but now i really want to change as my weight is increasing. Please suggest something for my Breakfast and evening snack which is fat free and helps in reducing weight as i want to have a good figure and would also like to conceive.

    the main problem with vegetarians is they eat to mush grains like pasta. Eat more lentils and beans to fill up as well as yogurt and fruit.

    Just throw in some fruit in some vanilla Dannon yogurt which has only 80 calories per serving. This is full of complex carbs and protein which should keep you full longer. Look for meal high in fiber and protein which will keep you full longer and will keep you away from the bad foods at work longer. Try bringing fiber one bars or other healthy snack bars to work so when you do feel hungry you have something healthy to snack on.

    Just grab a fruit on your way to work, and a cute little yoghurt container. Maybe an All-bran bar…if you want.

    Losing weight without starving yourself

    Please stay away from creamy or buttery food, so no pastries or cakes or those unhealthy fattening doughnuts. If you can get your hands on healthy cereal bars, that’ll be great. The healthiest breakfast is definitely lots of fruits because you’ve just fasted overnight and you certainly dont want to jump start your system with heavy carb or starchy foods. Lots of fruits and juice is the best way to start. It’ll cleanse your system, help you lose weight, keep you very sharp and best of all, no guilty fattening feeling! For an evening snack, you can have some popcorn (non butter) or smoothie. Please, nothing too heavy after 6pm, that’s when the weight piles up. Good luck!
