i’m 5′1 and 122 lbs and i want to reduce weight up to 10lbs.i am doing walking on treadmill for 1hr45min with eleation of 6 and 3.3 speed and i am buring 700calories a day. i am eating upto 1000 calories a day. can you suggest how many lbs i am going to lose or any tips to reduce more weight. and i have a question that, did sugar increases weight? thanks in advance

Losing weight is a lifestyle change. I sure you do not want to lose alot of weight fast and then gain it back. Just keep at it and i am sure you will get there. You need to be eating more. I know that might sound dumb but you body need food to lose weight. You body will try to protect it self but of the low calorie intake causing you to grain weight or stay the same weight.
