Ok I hear that you have to eat every so often to boost your Metabolism. So i Need to know how many minutes between meals there should be.

    I don’t think you can actually raise your metabolism. Usually people were born with the rates they already have. It’s genetic.
    And energy drinks will NOT boost your metabolism even though they advertise it everywhere. It only increases your heart rate causing you to release endorphins, making you feel energized. Many people who drink these kind of liquids come out with high blood pressures.

    your supposed to eat like a diabetic..every 2 hours have a small snack, like:
    breakfast (10-15 minutes after u wake up) toast
    2 hours later: apple
    2 hours later: salad and crackers
    2 hours later: granola bar or something like almonds
    2 -3 hours later: dinner..whatever u want i guess
    2 hours later: something sweet but good for u liek a yogurt
    ….sleep..do it again.lol

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    You should definatly start with a small but healthy breakfast. If you skip that, you’re metabolism does not start.
    Then eat 5-6 more small meals throughout the day.
    There isn’t really a time frame to put on it. I eat about every 3-4 hours, like a baby does, it keeps your body going and I don’t stuff myself at any time ever!
    Just eat enough to feel not hungry any more and make sure it’s healthy foods not junk!
