How can i reduce weight or Flab on my thighs?

I have just a month to reduce weight on my thighs coz i have to attend a wedding within a months time.
and i really want to look good for it. i need to at least reduce 4 inches.
I have no time to go to a gym or for walks as nothings closely located and my work schedule is pretty tight.Since i do a desk job i sit all day long
Please help fast.
